PlannerHelper

Terms of Use

Effective date: 7 October 2026

PlannerHelper is a planning assistant. Please check AI-generated content and dates. Paid subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple; deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

1. Provider and scope

PlannerHelper is provided by Nikita Anufriev, located in the Netherlands, under the DartyX name. Contact: nanufriev@dartyx.io. These terms describe use of the PlannerHelper service and its subscription features. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The app license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is supplied with the app in the App Store. These service terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Using the service

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to process it, including recordings involving other people. Keep your sign-in account secure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or evade usage limits.

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Some features require an account, an internet connection, device permissions or a supported external service.

3. AI results and integrations

AI transcription and interpretation can be inaccurate. Review names, dates, time zones, notes and proposed actions before relying on them. PlannerHelper is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that a reminder or notification will reach you at a particular time.

Calendar and reminder behavior also depends on device permissions, connectivity, synchronization and Apple or Google services. Changes made to external services may remain there after you disconnect or delete your PlannerHelper account.

4. Plans and usage limits

Free and paid features, billing periods, prices and processing allowances are shown in the app before purchase. Paid plans may offer higher text-processing and voice allowances. Allowances reset on the schedule shown in the app; unused allowances do not carry over. Billing and usage-reset periods may differ, including for annual subscriptions.

One processed input can create several planning items. Voice processing can consume both a processing allowance and a voice-duration allowance. Reaching a limit may prevent further AI processing until the allowance resets or your plan changes. Existing saved content is not automatically deleted merely because a subscription expires.

5. Apple subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. The applicable price, duration and any trial or offer conditions are displayed in the purchase flow.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings or through Manage subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues until the verified paid period ends, subject to refunds, revocation and Apple's rules. Deleting the app or a PlannerHelper account does not cancel Apple billing.

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the appropriate Apple Account and PlannerHelper account. Purchases are associated with an app account; deleting that account does not automatically transfer a subscription to a new one. Contact support if you encounter an ownership conflict.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Report a Problem, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law. Any legally required refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Your content

You retain your rights to the content you submit. You authorize us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process that content as needed to deliver the features you use. You are responsible for maintaining copies of information that is important to you.

7. Availability and account closure

We may maintain or update the service and may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens security. We will respect applicable notice, paid-service and consumer obligations. You may stop using the app and delete your account through its settings. Subscription cancellation is a separate action managed by Apple.

8. Responsibility and statutory rights

We do not promise that AI results will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. The app license and applicable law govern any additional warranty and liability provisions.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be notified where required; Apple handles subscription price-change notices and consent under its applicable rules. Questions: nanufriev@dartyx.io.
