PlannerHelper
Privacy Policy
PlannerHelper helps turn your text and voice input into notes, reminders and calendar events. Voice recognition and AI processing send the input you submit to our server and OpenAI. Account content is also stored for synchronization.
1. Who is responsible
Nikita Anufriev, located in the Netherlands, operates PlannerHelper under the DartyX name and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: nanufriev@dartyx.io. This policy covers the app, its backend and these legal pages.
2. Information we process
- Account information: your account identifier, name and email when supplied by Apple or Google, linked sign-in provider identifiers and session/security records. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
- Your content: text you submit, voice transcripts, notes, reminders, events, processing results and associated dates, time zones, language settings and synchronization identifiers.
- Voice input: recordings you choose to submit, their duration and technical processing metadata. Our backend processes audio in memory rather than keeping an audio-file archive; transcripts and results are stored separately.
- Calendar and reminders: with your permission, information needed to display, create, update and synchronize items with Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders or a connected Google Calendar. App records associated with these integrations may be included in account synchronization.
- Subscriptions and usage: Apple transaction and product identifiers, account association, subscription status and dates, processing counts and voice-duration usage. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Technical and support information: information in support requests, security events and operational request information processed by our infrastructure providers, which may include IP addresses and request timestamps.
3. Why we use it
We process this information to sign you in, provide AI processing, save and synchronize your content, deliver calendar and reminder integrations, verify purchases, apply plan limits, recover interrupted operations, prevent misuse and respond to support requests.
Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our contract with you, consent for optional processing where required, legitimate interests in service reliability and security, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for optional permissions; features that depend on those permissions may stop working.
4. AI processing and service providers
OpenAI: submitted audio is sent for transcription. Submitted text or transcripts, together with relevant time zone, language and date context, are sent for conversion into structured actions. The app does not send your entire calendar to the AI merely because a calendar is connected. Content from a calendar that you include in an AI request is part of that request.
The text-processing integration disables stored Responses output. This setting is not a promise of zero retention by the provider. OpenAI's endpoint-specific retention and abuse-monitoring rules apply; see OpenAI API data controls.
Hosting: Railway hosts the backend and database. Apple and Google process authentication and the integrations you enable; Apple also processes App Store subscriptions. GitHub Pages hosts these legal pages and may process technical visitor information under GitHub's privacy statement.
The current version does not integrate Firebase Analytics or AppsFlyer. These legal pages contain no analytics scripts or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in a later release, we will update this policy to identify the provider, information collected and available choices before enabling that processing.
5. Storage and deletion
We retain account content and processing records to provide the service and synchronization while your account remains active. Removing a visible item may leave synchronization history, processing results or related input records. Account deletion removes the account, synchronized content, transcripts and usage records from the active application database.
Subscription transaction identifiers, their former account association and related verification records are retained after account deletion to prevent a purchase from being reassigned improperly and to handle subscription integrity. These records do not currently expire automatically. You may ask us to review their continued retention or request erasure; we assess whether continued retention is necessary for purchase ownership, an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation.
The current service does not provide a guaranteed recovery-backup facility. Infrastructure-level copies, if maintained by the hosting provider for recovery or security, are separate from the active database; account deletion should not be understood as immediate erasure of every provider-held copy. Railway currently makes seven days of application/deployment log history available on our hosting plan. That availability window is not a guarantee of physical deletion by the provider. Provider-side retention is governed by its service and data-processing terms. Contact us for a review of any retained data associated with your account. Our server does not keep uploaded audio files; temporary device recordings are cleaned up by the recording workflow. Provider-side processing and retention are separate from our application database.
6. Your choices and rights
You can edit or remove content in the app, revoke microphone/calendar/reminder permissions in iOS settings, disconnect integrations, and request account deletion in the app's settings. You can also revoke Google access in your Google account. Records already written to an external calendar or reminder service may remain there and can be managed in that service.
Deleting the app or your PlannerHelper account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage it through Apple subscription settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact nanufriev@dartyx.io to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity.
7. International processing and security
Service providers may process information outside your country. Our current application server and database are hosted in Railway’s US West region (California, USA). OpenAI and other providers may process data in the United States and other countries. The providers describe their contractual transfer protections, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, in their data-processing terms: Railway DPA and OpenAI DPA. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data or to request a copy where available. We use HTTPS for production API transport and access controls for account data. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
PlannerHelper is a general-purpose planning service. Where parental consent is legally required for processing a child’s information, that consent must be obtained before using features that send personal information to the service. If you believe a child has supplied personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required. Privacy questions and requests: nanufriev@dartyx.io.
